Despite what anyone tells you, it is impossible to get rich without multiple flows of income. It cannot happen. You must have income first, then increase that income, then add multiple flows or what is called symbiotic flows to the first flow of income. So many people ignore this trying to add a second flow not connected when the first flow is not yet strong enough and then the second flow takes time and energy from the first resulting in two weak flows.

Income is basically the money you earn from a job, and it is taxed at the highest rates. In the beginning when you start adding flows take advantage of the time already invested on the first flow and then you can expand the original income enough so you can start creating passive flows of income. In the future. If all this seems confusing don't let it be, it's very simple and I've explained it in the wealth creation formula. 

It is said that the average millionaire has seven flows of income. I believe this is way short of what the average millionaire would actually have. I have hundreds of flows ways and I pay attention to them all on how to use them towards my way to success,you also too you can have your own.

In this modern era, the standard of living has accelerated at a very fast pace with all things at record high prices against the inflating dollar. Can we cope with such an acceleration? Can we even save enough for retirement or are we to work into our graves. If we can't, it should be time to reflect on the way we are making money. In the past, our parents used to tell us to study hard so that we can find a good job with good prospects. But now as the world is so much opened up, there are migration of workers all over the world. What seemed to be a good prospect can easily be taken over by a migrant worker. What used to be an iron rice bowl can now be easily shattered to bits as we are not indispensable.

How do we make a change for the better, to better prepare ourselves for our future retirement? Let's take a look at Robert Kiyosaki 4 Quadrants. Robert Kiyosaki is the famous author or "Rich dad, poor dad and a renown speaker.

In the 1st quadrant, it is the employee. There is a Chinese saying "老板住洋房,工人住医药房," which is literally translated into "The boss lives in a bungalow whereas the worker stays in the hospital ward." This of course may not be all true as there are many good and kind hearted bosses around. The implication however means no matter how hard you work, your efforts will go into making someone else rich. If we look at the average income earner's yearly increment, we will see that most of them have meagre increments. How can these people sustain their living with the ever increasing cost of living?

In the 2nd quadrant, you are self-employed, that is you are the owner as well as the worker. Taxi drivers, insurance or property agents e.t.c. come under such a category. However, as you stop working, income cease to come in too. For example if you were a taxi driver and you planned to go for a tour. You would have to pay for the rental for the number of days you're on holiday and worst still you will lose the money made when you were driving.

In the 3rd quadrant, you are a business owner, that is you own a system and have people working for you. However, you have to bear the cost of setting up a company, paying for the rental, storing of goods and employee salary pay outs. Provided the business is running at a moderate or good pace or else you would have to shoulder a heavy burden.

In the 4th or final quadrant, you are an investor. You let money do the work for you. This is no doubt the best of the 4 quadrants provided you personally acquire the knowledge and wisdom required for investing. Many have made it in the investment market not just through sheer luck but going through a comprehensive understanding of the capitalist market.

HYPERTENSION/ HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE


The most common health problems are Cardiovascular related. The W.H.O reported that 17.5 deaths in the year 2012 alone resulted from cardiovascular problems, thus making cardiovascular problems the leading cause of deaths.
Understanding Hypertension:

Hypertension/High blood pressure is the most common cardiovascular problem in this century. Simply put hypertension is the increase of arterial blood pressure in the body. The increase in the arterial blood pressure follows obstruction/ clogging of the arteries hence forcing the heart to use more force in pumping blood as a mechanism in coping with the reduced arterial diameters/ contracted arteries.

Why is hypertension common in the 21st Century?
1. High stress levels: Stress is a psychological cause of hypertension. Stress causes the veins to contract becoming smaller, provoking an increase in blood pressure. Given the high stress levels in the 21st century it is no wonder hypertension is so common.
2. Poor diets: Foods which raise the cholesterol levels in the body lead to atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is a condition where plaque builds up in the arteries, blocking free flow of blood.
How can your daily diet protect you from hypertension or help you recover from it?
1. Reduce the consumption of salt/ sodium: Salt retains more water in your body and blood, consequently increasing you blood pressure.
2. Consume food with high content of potassium such as bananas, papaya,mangoes,oranges,peaches etc. Potassium will help your body dissolve sodium.
3. Consume more Omega3(Fish oil): Dissolves bad cholesterol blocking arteries.
4. Consume L-arginine amanino acid. Increases the content of nitric oxide in the body, which helps in the dilation (expansion) of blood vessels

Tumbo la hedhi

 
Tumbo la hedhi au maumivu wakati wa hedhi (period pains) au kitaalamu dismenorrhea,
ni maumivu yanayojitokeza sehemu ya chini ya tumbo au kiunoni wakati mwanamke anapoanza kupata siku zake au kabla ya hapo. Maumivu hayo huweza kuwa madogo au ya wastani huku baadhi ya wanawake wakipata maumivu makali sana. Maumivu ya tumbo wakati wa hedhi huanza pale mayai yanapotoka katika mirija (fallopian tubes) na kuteremka chini ya mirija hiyo wakati wa Ovulation.

Maumivu ya tumbo la hedhi yapo ya aina mbili. Aina ya kwanza au (Primary Dysmenorrhea) ni maumivu yasiyokuwa na sababu zozote za kimsingi za kitiba. Katika aina hii maumivu ni ya kawaida na huhisiwa sehemu ya chini ya tumbo na kiunoni. Maumivu hayo huanza siku moja au mbili kabla ya hedhi na humalizika baada ya siku mbili au nne.
Aina ya pili au (Secondary Dysmenorrhea) ni yale maumivu yanayojumuisha maumivu yanayosababishwa na sababu nyinginezo za kitiba kama vile matatizo katika kizazi, ugonjwa wa nyonga (PID) na matatizo katika mirija ya mayai.


Karibu nusu ya wasichana na wanawake hupata maumivu wakati wa hedhi na karibu asilimia 15 wanasema kuwa hupata maumivu makali. Uchunguzi unaonyesha kuwa kuna sababu mbalimbali zinazoweza kuongeza uwezekano wa kuumwa tumbo wakati wa hedhi.
• Kuwa na umri wa chini ya miaka 20.
• Kuvunja ungo wakati wa miaka 11 au chini ya miaka hiyo.
• Kutoka na damu nyingi wakati wa hedhi. (suala hilo linaweza kusababishwa na matatizo mbalimbali ya kitiba).
• Wanawake ambao hawajawahi kuzaa.
kukasababisha mtu kupatwa na maumivu ya tumbo la hedhi. Miongoni mwa magonjwa hayo ni:
• Endometriosis. Hii ni hali ambayo seli za ndani ya mfuko wa uzazi huanza kuoka nje ya fuko hilo, au hta sehemu nyinginezo.
• Adenomyosis: Huu ni ugonjwa wa wanawake ambapo tezi au uvimbe (tumors) zinaoota katika mfuko wa uzazi.
• PID au Ugonjwa wa uvimbe katika nyonga.
• Magonjwa ya zinaa yanayotokana na bakteria au magonjwa ya kuambukiza ya zinaa.
• Mlango wa uzazi unapokuwa mdogo kiasi kwamba unazuia damu ya hedhi isitoke kwa urahisi.


Baada ya kujua baadhi ya matatizo ya wanawake yanayoweza kusabibisha hedhi inayoambatana na maumivu ya tumbo, hebu sasa na tuzijue tumbo la mwezi linaumaje?
1. Maumivu mara nyingi si makali.
2. Muumivu huja na kuondoka, na kwa kiwango tofauti (spasmodic).
3. Maumivu zaidi huhisiwa sehemu ya chini ya tumbo.
4. Huchanganyika na maumivu ya sehemu ya chini ya mgongoni ambayo husambaa mpaka mapajani.
5. Kujihisi kutapika, kichefuchefu na wakati mwingine hata kutokwa jasho.
6. Kupata choo kilaini au hata kuharisha.
7. Kufunga choo.
8. Tumbo kuwa kubwa au kuwa gumu.
9. Kuhisi maumivu ya kichwa.
10. Kutojihisi vizuri au kujisikia kuchoka.


Inapasa kujua kuwa, kiwango cha maumivu ya tumbo la hedhi na mchanganyiko wa dalili inategemea mtu na mtu, mtu mwingine anaweza akawa anapata karibu dalili zote nilizozitaja hapo juu na mwingine ni baadhi tu au hata dalili moja. Wanawake wengi hutambua wanapopata tumbo la hedhi bila hata msaada wa daktari.

Wanawake wanashauri iwapo watapata maumivu makali sana ni bora wakamuone daktari ili wafanye vipimo kama vile Ultrasound, CT na CT-Scan, MRI na vinginevyo ili kufahamu iwapo kuma matatizo mengine ya kitiba yanayosababisha maumivu hayo kuwa makali.
Matibabu ya maumivu ya tumbo la hedhi kwa kawaida huweza kutibika kwa urahisi kwa kutumia vidonge vya kupunguza maumivu, kama vile Ibuprofen, naproxen au aina nyinginezo za vidonge visivyokuwa na steroids (NSAIDS). Pia kuna wakati madaktari wanaweza kumshauri mgonjwa kutumia vidonge vya kuzuia mimba, Vidonge hivyo huzuia mzunguko wa yai au Ovulation na kupunguza ukali wa maumivu ya tumbo la hedhi.
 
Kuna baadhi ya tiba za mitishamba pia ambazo husadia kupunguza muamivu ya tumbo la hedhi. Hapa namaanisha herbal, wenzetu Wachina ni watalamu wazuri katika ujuzi huo. Vilevile wanawake washauriwa kufanya baadhi ya vitendo ambavyo hupunguza maumivu hayo, baadhi ya hivyo vimetaja kama kuoga maji moto, kutumia hot bottle na hata kuweka kitambaa chenye joto katika sehemu ya chini ya tumbo. Kuna baadhi husaidia kwa kufanya mazoezi kama yoga, meditation, kusuliwa, tiba ya sindano (Acupunture), TENS au kushituliwa mishipa ya fahamu ( Transcitaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation na hata wengine husaidiwa kwa tendo la kujamiiana. Vilevile kutumia vidonge vya vitamin E, Thiamine na Omega 3 kumetajwa kuwa husaidia katika suala hilo. Wanawake wanaopatwa na matatizo kama hayo ni bora wapumzike vyema na kupata usingizi wa kutosha.
Tunaelezwa kuwa tunaweza kujiepusha na kupatwa na maumivu ya tumbo la mwezi kwa kufanya yafuatayo:

Kujitahidi kula matunda, mbogamboga na kupunguza kula vyakula vyenye mafuta mengi, pombe, cofeini, Sodium na sukari.

Kujiepusha na wasiwasi na mawazo.

Jua tatizo la nguvu za kiume


Leo katika zama hizi za sayansi na teknolojia tatizo la kupungua nguvu za kiume limekuwa kubwa sana, siyo Tanzania tu, bali duniani kote. Jambo muhimu analopaswa mwanaume yeyote kufahamu ni kwamba, kupungua nguvu za kiume siyo ugonjwa, ni dalili ya ugonjwa. Hii ina maana kuna dosari au udhaifu wa kiutendaji ndani ya mwili wake.
Kuna sababu zaidi ya 200 zinazosababisha mwanaume apungue nguvu za kiume. Mtu aweza kujiuliza kwa nini kuwe na sababu nyingi namna hiyo?
Nguvu za kiume ni nini?
Nguvu za kiume ni jina la jumla lenye vipengele vingi ndani yake ikiwa ni pamoja na hamu ya mapenzi; kusimama kwa uume barabara; kuchelewa kufika kileleni kiasi cha kufurahia tendo la ndoa; uwezo wa kurudia tendo la ndoa; pumzi, wepesi na uchangamfu wa mwili katika kutenda tendo la lenyewe.
Ni viungo gani vinavyohusika na nguvu za kiume?
Nguvu za kiume ni tukio pana sana lenye kuhusisha viungo na vitu vingi ndani ya mwili. Kuna zaidi ya viungo na vitu 50ndani ya mwili wa mwanaume vinavyohusika na nguvu za kiume ambapo viungo hivi pia hufanya kazi zingine za mwili. Baadhi ya viungo hivyo ni ubongo, moyo, mishipa ya neva mishipa ya ateri, mirija iliyo ndani ya uume iitwayo corpora cavernosa.
Viungo vingine ni neva maalumu za parasympathetic, tezidume (prostate gland), ini, figo, homoni ya testestorone, kemikali za acetylcholine, serotonin, na dopamine, uti wa mgongo, eneo la chini ya mgongo (kiuno), eneo la nyonga.
Viungo vingine ni misuli maalumu iitwayo pelvic floor, tezi pituitari (pituitary gland), utando maalumu wa uumeni uitwao tunica albuginea, misuli iitwayopubococcygeus [PC muscles], kemikali ya nitric oxide, kemikali ya prolactin n.k.
Nini maana ya kupungua nguvu za kiume?
Unapopungua nguvu za kiume ina maana ndani ya mwili wako kuna baadhi ya vitu katika vitu nilivyovitaja hapo juu havifanyi kazi vizuri jinsi ipasavyo na inavyotakiwa. Yawezekana ni figo ndilo halifanyi kazi vizuri, au ini, au tezi dume, au neva ya parasympathetic, au moyo una tatizo au mishipa ya ateri, au misuli ya pelvic au homoni fulani iko juu sana au iko chini sana (hormonal imbalance), orodha ni ndefu sana.
Kitendo cha baadhi ya viungo hivyo kutofanya kazi vizuri basi hapo hutokea upungufu katika nguvu za kiume. Upungufu huo unaweza kuwa ni:
1. Kukosa hamu ya mapenzi; au
2. Uume kusimama kwa uregevu; au
3. Kuwahi kufika kileleni; au
4. Kuchelewa sana kufika kileleni (au kushindwa kufika kileleni kabisa); au
5. Kushindwa kurudia tendo la ndoa; au
6. Kuhisi maumivu wakati wa tendo la ndoa au baada ya tendo hilo; au
7. Kukosa pumzi na uchangamfu wa mwili katika utendaji; au
8. Kuchoka sana baada ya tendo la ndoa na hata kukinai kabisa au hata kusikia kichefuchefu;
Ndugu msomaji, ili uelewe vizuri zaidi labda niseme kwamba, nguvu za kiume ni kiwanda; na ni zaidi ya kiwanda. Ndani ya kiwanda kuna umeme, maji, madawa, watu (wafanyakazi wa kila taaluma na fani), mashine, mitambo n.k.
Ikitokea kitu kimojawapo kukosekana, mathalani umeme, au wafanyakazi wakagoma, au kukakosekana madawa muhimu au maji na kadhaa wakadha, basi bidhaa inayotarajiwa kupatikana sokoni, kwa hakika haitapatikana.
Vivyo hivyo nguvu za kiume, mathalani, ikitokea tezidume kutofanya kazi vyema, basi hapo mwanaume hatoona nguvu za kiume, zitapungua au zitaisha kabisa!
Kwa hiyo upungufu wa nguvu za kiume ni upungufu au kasoro za kiutendaji wa viungo ndani ya mwili wa mwanaume. Mwanaume yoyote anapaswa kutambua jambo hili.
Lakini nini kinachopelekea viungo hivyo vishindwe kufanya kazi vizuri?
Kuna maradhi kadhaa, vyakula tunavyokula, tabia na mtindo wa maisha vinavyoweza kupelekea viungo hivyo kutofanya kazi vizuri. Baaadhi ya maradhi hayo na tabia hizo ni kujichua/punyeto (masturbation); kisukari; presha ya kupanda; presha ya kushuka; uvutaji wa sigara; unywaji wa pombe; madawa ya kuleva; kufanya kazi kupita kiwango na kukosa muda wa kupumuzika; matatizo ya kukosa usingizi na kuchelewa kulala usiku.
Sababu zingine za kupungua nguvu za kiume ni kutokunywa maji ya kutosha, tatizo la kufunga choo hasa pale unapotumia nguvu nyingi kusukuma choo; kutofanya mazoezi; ukosefu wa kumbukumbu; uzito mkubwa/unene mkubwa; kitambi; kuvimba kwa tezidume (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia).
Sababu zingine ni saratani ya tezi dume (Prostate cancer), matibabu ya mionzi ya tezidume na upasuaji, ugonjwa unaoathiri vitendo na shughuli za mwili kama vile mwondoko na balansi (multiple sclerosis), ugonjwa ambao hudhuru mawasiliano ya ubongo na miondoko ikiwa ni pamoja na kutembea, kuongea na kuandika (parkinson’s disease), vyakula vya mafuta, vyakula vilivyowekewa homoni bandia za kike n.k.
Sababu zingine ni maumivu ya mgongo/kiuno; baadhi ya madawa ya kemikali (madawa ya hospitali); kiharusi (stroke); upungufu katika utendaji wa kazi za gonadi (hypogonadism); uzalishaji mwingi wa homoni ya thyroid.
Sababu zingine ni kutozalishwa kwa homoni ya thyroid ya kutosha; ugonjwa unaoathiri uzalishaji wa homoni ya cortisol (cushing’s syndrome); ugonjwa wa kupinda uume (peyronie’s disease); kukakamaa kwa mishipa ya damu (atherosclerosis); orodha ni ndefu sana, ni zaidi ya 200.
Hivyo mwanaume anapopungua nguvu za kiume, ina maana kuna ugonjwa ndani ya mwili wake, au unaweza kuwa huo ugonjwa umeshadhihirika (umeshatokeza) kwa nje, au huo uko ndani ya mwili unamla na kummaliza kimyakimya kama yalivyo baadhi ya magonjwa ambapo baadaye hulipuka. Hii ndiyo maana kitaalamu tunasema kupungua nguvu za kiume siyo ugonjwa ni dalili ya ugonjwa. Unapopungua nguvu za kiume hiyo ni KENGELE YA TAHADHARI kwamba ndani ya mwili wako kuna kitu hakifanyi kazi vyema. Hivyo, unaambiwa kuchukua TAHADHARI kabla ya HATARI!

Leo katika zama hizi za sayansi na teknolojia tatizo la kupungua nguvu za kiume limekuwa kubwa sana, siyo Tanzania tu, bali duniani kote. Jambo muhimu analopaswa mwanaume yeyote kufahamu ni kwamba, kupungua nguvu za kiume siyo ugonjwa, ni dalili ya ugonjwa. Hii ina maana kuna dosari au udhaifu wa kiutendaji ndani ya mwili wake.
Kuna sababu zaidi ya 200 zinazosababisha mwanaume apungue nguvu za kiume. Mtu aweza kujiuliza kwa nini kuwe na sababu nyingi namna hiyo?
Nguvu za kiume ni nini?
Nguvu za kiume ni jina la jumla lenye vipengele vingi ndani yake ikiwa ni pamoja na hamu ya mapenzi; kusimama kwa uume barabara; kuchelewa kufika kileleni kiasi cha kufurahia tendo la ndoa; uwezo wa kurudia tendo la ndoa; pumzi, wepesi na uchangamfu wa mwili katika kutenda tendo la lenyewe.
Ni viungo gani vinavyohusika na nguvu za kiume?
Nguvu za kiume ni tukio pana sana lenye kuhusisha viungo na vitu vingi ndani ya mwili. Kuna zaidi ya viungo na vitu 50ndani ya mwili wa mwanaume vinavyohusika na nguvu za kiume ambapo viungo hivi pia hufanya kazi zingine za mwili. Baadhi ya viungo hivyo ni ubongo, moyo, mishipa ya neva mishipa ya ateri, mirija iliyo ndani ya uume iitwayo corpora cavernosa.
Viungo vingine ni neva maalumu za parasympathetic, tezidume (prostate gland), ini, figo, homoni ya testestorone, kemikali za acetylcholine, serotonin, na dopamine, uti wa mgongo, eneo la chini ya mgongo (kiuno), eneo la nyonga.
Viungo vingine ni misuli maalumu iitwayo pelvic floor, tezi pituitari (pituitary gland), utando maalumu wa uumeni uitwao tunica albuginea, misuli iitwayopubococcygeus [PC muscles], kemikali ya nitric oxide, kemikali ya prolactin n.k.
Nini maana ya kupungua nguvu za kiume?
Unapopungua nguvu za kiume ina maana ndani ya mwili wako kuna baadhi ya vitu katika vitu nilivyovitaja hapo juu havifanyi kazi vizuri jinsi ipasavyo na inavyotakiwa. Yawezekana ni figo ndilo halifanyi kazi vizuri, au ini, au tezi dume, au neva ya parasympathetic, au moyo una tatizo au mishipa ya ateri, au misuli ya pelvic au homoni fulani iko juu sana au iko chini sana (hormonal imbalance), orodha ni ndefu sana.
Kitendo cha baadhi ya viungo hivyo kutofanya kazi vizuri basi hapo hutokea upungufu katika nguvu za kiume. Upungufu huo unaweza kuwa ni:
1. Kukosa hamu ya mapenzi; au
2. Uume kusimama kwa uregevu; au
3. Kuwahi kufika kileleni; au
4. Kuchelewa sana kufika kileleni (au kushindwa kufika kileleni kabisa); au
5. Kushindwa kurudia tendo la ndoa; au
6. Kuhisi maumivu wakati wa tendo la ndoa au baada ya tendo hilo; au
7. Kukosa pumzi na uchangamfu wa mwili katika utendaji; au
8. Kuchoka sana baada ya tendo la ndoa na hata kukinai kabisa au hata kusikia kichefuchefu;
Ndugu msomaji, ili uelewe vizuri zaidi labda niseme kwamba, nguvu za kiume ni kiwanda; na ni zaidi ya kiwanda. Ndani ya kiwanda kuna umeme, maji, madawa, watu (wafanyakazi wa kila taaluma na fani), mashine, mitambo n.k.
Ikitokea kitu kimojawapo kukosekana, mathalani umeme, au wafanyakazi wakagoma, au kukakosekana madawa muhimu au maji na kadhaa wakadha, basi bidhaa inayotarajiwa kupatikana sokoni, kwa hakika haitapatikana.
Vivyo hivyo nguvu za kiume, mathalani, ikitokea tezidume kutofanya kazi vyema, basi hapo mwanaume hatoona nguvu za kiume, zitapungua au zitaisha kabisa!
Kwa hiyo upungufu wa nguvu za kiume ni upungufu au kasoro za kiutendaji wa viungo ndani ya mwili wa mwanaume. Mwanaume yoyote anapaswa kutambua jambo hili.
Lakini nini kinachopelekea viungo hivyo vishindwe kufanya kazi vizuri?
Kuna maradhi kadhaa, vyakula tunavyokula, tabia na mtindo wa maisha vinavyoweza kupelekea viungo hivyo kutofanya kazi vizuri. Baaadhi ya maradhi hayo na tabia hizo ni kujichua/punyeto (masturbation); kisukari; presha ya kupanda; presha ya kushuka; uvutaji wa sigara; unywaji wa pombe; madawa ya kuleva; kufanya kazi kupita kiwango na kukosa muda wa kupumuzika; matatizo ya kukosa usingizi na kuchelewa kulala usiku.
Sababu zingine za kupungua nguvu za kiume ni kutokunywa maji ya kutosha, tatizo la kufunga choo hasa pale unapotumia nguvu nyingi kusukuma choo; kutofanya mazoezi; ukosefu wa kumbukumbu; uzito mkubwa/unene mkubwa; kitambi; kuvimba kwa tezidume (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia).
Sababu zingine ni saratani ya tezi dume (Prostate cancer), matibabu ya mionzi ya tezidume na upasuaji, ugonjwa unaoathiri vitendo na shughuli za mwili kama vile mwondoko na balansi (multiple sclerosis), ugonjwa ambao hudhuru mawasiliano ya ubongo na miondoko ikiwa ni pamoja na kutembea, kuongea na kuandika (parkinson’s disease), vyakula vya mafuta, vyakula vilivyowekewa homoni bandia za kike n.k.
Sababu zingine ni maumivu ya mgongo/kiuno; baadhi ya madawa ya kemikali (madawa ya hospitali); kiharusi (stroke); upungufu katika utendaji wa kazi za gonadi (hypogonadism); uzalishaji mwingi wa homoni ya thyroid.
Sababu zingine ni kutozalishwa kwa homoni ya thyroid ya kutosha; ugonjwa unaoathiri uzalishaji wa homoni ya cortisol (cushing’s syndrome); ugonjwa wa kupinda uume (peyronie’s disease); kukakamaa kwa mishipa ya damu (atherosclerosis); orodha ni ndefu sana, ni zaidi ya 200.
Hivyo mwanaume anapopungua nguvu za kiume, ina maana kuna ugonjwa ndani ya mwili wake, au unaweza kuwa huo ugonjwa umeshadhihirika (umeshatokeza) kwa nje, au huo uko ndani ya mwili unamla na kummaliza kimyakimya kama yalivyo baadhi ya magonjwa ambapo baadaye hulipuka. Hii ndiyo maana kitaalamu tunasema kupungua nguvu za kiume siyo ugonjwa ni dalili ya ugonjwa. Unapopungua nguvu za kiume hiyo ni KENGELE YA TAHADHARI kwamba ndani ya mwili wako kuna kitu hakifanyi kazi vyema. Hivyo, unaambiwa kuchukua TAHADHARI kabla ya HATARI!
