"It is said that,fear of public speaking is fear greater than death for most people"
And it is caused by fear of standing out,criticism, being outcast,fear of being different,that prevent people from seeking new ways to solve their problems.
This makes people to confirm to,and not question, commonly accept opinions of everyone without reasoning.

Don't follow public opinions, its okay to be different in what you believe in.
The only reasons that makes people don't go where they want to be even if they have everything needed to take them be where they are supposed to be, is lack of self confidence, there are a lot of people who are very good in writing and inspiring but they lack confidence in taking action!

Why this happen? Most of us don't believe our new ideas,what we do is copying something that have been established and done by others or doing something that have been done by certain person you believe.

Let take an example to Tanzanian youth,I believe we have a lot of new ideas but we don't believe that our ideas can be efficient to that extent,so we keep waiting to see what others have done so we can do it too.

We avoid struggling, pain and even afraid to fail that's why now a days innovation is no longer in the heads of Tanzanian.

If you love good things why are you afraid to fail, struggling, pain and toil.

Why do you mind someone business and leave your own business, that's nonsense! You can hide anywhere but you can't escape from pain,otherwise you try nothing at all,and beside that you must suffer the pain of regret.

We have being in such a circle of lying ourselves instead of working on our own ideas,we work on someone ideas that's why when competition arise we find our self out of market because it was not ours.

What is yours can not be interfered by anyone cause that's you and no body like you.

If you want to be successfully,do things that are in you and not someone else,so that can stand in a life time so as others may ask you how can I do it too??

Remember God created you with purpose and so much potential within you,and he knows why he brought you in Earth,and has  PURPOSE,and the only way to discover your purpose of living is to pray and ask him what is withing you!

Don't be lazy in praying, because will be so hard to discover your purpose and your true potential, and end of the day you will be minding other people's business instead of your own business and live a happy life.

Make choice to suffer the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.

Train your mind to think positively toward every situation and train your tongue to speak positively toward everyone you meet with.

Stop all little things get the best of you.
All happen  in your life begin from your mind that brings good thoughts,so you are going to set your mind to high level. 

You are going to value your values in high standards.
You  are not common person, you are special one.  No one like you.
God created you as unique person,don't let someone to put  and pull you down.
You are gifted.
You are talented.

Only thing to understand is, you are a person of  GREAT values in life who do not let distractions distract your way of direction towards a journey of success,  because of  having BIG fortune in your MIND that you are really expecting to live in your life.
