Diabetes is a diseases in which your blood glucose or blood sugar levels are too high. On the other hand diabetes is diagnosed when the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin, or the produced insulin is not sufficient for the cells and the body cannot use the insulin effectively. But I can say Diabetes can attack anyone, regardless of any economic status they may have.
According to American diabetes Association reported that, being overweight and obese is definitely a risk factor for the development of diabetes so weight is one of risk factor among many factors like Age, Genetic and Ethics.

Let me say there no special diet to follow for diabetic person, though the quantity of the constituents within the food is what actually matters.
So, in order to prevent yourself from health problems caused by poor diet intake consider healthy diet intake all the time .Remember a healthy diet consist of fruits, vegetables, adequate amino acids from protein, essential healthy good fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, fiber and adequate calories.
You might be think “Who are at risk of gestational diabetes”
According to Mayo clinic reported that gestational diabetes develops during pregnancy and affects how your cells use sugar (glucose). During pregnancy, the placenta which connects your baby to your blood supply, produces high levels of various other hormones as your baby grows, the placenta produce more and more insulin counteracting hormones.
Keep in mind that high blood sugar affect your pregnancy and your baby’s health. And of course you can control gestational diabetes by eating healthy foods and exercising.
Consider regularly blood sugar level checkup during the last 3 months of pregnancy to monitor your blood sugar level and your baby’s health. “How do I know am at risk of gestational diabetes” here are the risks factors:being a woman 25 of age, if your family member has type 2 diabetes you’re likely to develop gestational diabetes. And if you’re overweight with a bod mass index of 30 higher.
